Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $25 per student, or $30 per family (2+ dancers), will be due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable unless the class you have registered for does not run.

Annual and Monthly Tuition

30 minute class: $400 per year (or $40 per month)
45 minute class: $440 per year (or $44 per month)
1 hour class: $480 per year (or $48 per month)
1 hour & 15 minute class: $520 per year (or $52 per month)
1 hour & 30 minute class: $560 per year (or $56 per month)
*We are offering a 10% discount for those who pay in full for the year - cash or check only (no payments with Venmo or credit cards accepted). The discount would be instead of a class discount of 3, 4, or 5 classes and unlimited tuition. If you are taking 4 classes that are each 45 minutes ($44 per class) and it comes to $149.60 (or $1469/year), you can't get an additional 10% discount on the $1460/year, you would have to take the 10% discount off of the full tuition price of $1760/year (which comes to $1584/year). *Tuition paid in full is non-refundable after December 15th.

How to Make a Payment
Tuition can be paid annually or monthly. Annual tuition should be paid in full at your first class, or you can split that into 10 monthly payments.
Monthly payments are paid from September through June and remain the same amount regardless of whether it's a 3-week, 4-week, or 5-week month. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A $25 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the 15th of each month. Statements will not be sent out unless the payment is overdue.
Gotta Dance accepts cash, check, Venmo payments or automatic credit card withdrawals.

Pay by Credit Card
You can pay tuition only via credit card using an automatic monthly withdrawal. Click here to print an authorization form. Once completed, please return the form to the studio. These credit card withdrawal forms are in effect for the current dance education year and must be filled out each year at the time of registration. Please note that a $5 processing fee will be applied to each payment.

You can bring your tuition check to the studio at your first class of each month, or it can be mailed to:

There is a $25 NSF fee for all checks that are returned by the bank.
Annual Recital Fees
Performance Tickets
Our annual performance is held each year on the last Saturday in June. Recital tickets will run between $22-$26 each. Ticket sale information can be found here.
Costume Fees
Costume prices range from $65-$85 per class. Costumes must be ordered well in advance, so a $50 (per costume) deposit is due the first week of November. Costume deposits can only be paid with cash or check - no credit cards will be processed for costume deposits or balances. Balances will be due on or before the last day of February. Dancers will receive their costumes upon arrival starting in March once their balance is paid in full. Refunds will not be given and costumes cannot be returned.
Recital Fee
In order for us to keep our ticket prices affordable, hire a videographer, reserve the venue, use professional lights and sound, pay our staff, purchase props, etc., we require all of our families to pay a Recital Fee. Our current fee is as follows:
- $50 per single recital dancer – includes video link and a recital t-shirt
- $80 per family with 2 dancers - includes video link and recital t-shirts for 2 dancers
- $100 per family with 3+ dancers – includes video link and recital t-shirts for all dancers in the family
- Extra t-shirts can be ordered for other family members on Ticket Day.
The recital fee is due on or before March 31st. We can only accept cash, a check (payable to "Karrie Mason") or Venmo payment (@Karrie-Mason-3). Please drop your check in the tuition box (with "Recital Fee" in the memo portion) or Venmo your payment no later than March 31st.
Performance Videos
Gotta Dance is pleased to provide HD digital download links for the recital video via Katie Shaw Productions. This makes fees less expensive for you, gets the video to you sooner and improves quality overall. Those still wanting a hard copy will be able to download the file and save it how they wish. Those who don't want to download it can view the performances online.
